Wrocław University of Science and Technology represented by the Vice-Rector for Cooperation prof. dr hab. Eng. Dariusz Łydżba and the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, prof. dr hab. Ing. arch. Barbara Gronostajska with the Foundation ‘The European Pearl of Baroque’ represented by the President of the Foundation, priest Marian Kopko and Member of the Management Board, Grzegorz Żurek, signed a framework cooperation agreement. During the meeting held on November 27, 2021, in the headquarters of the Foundation ‘The European Pearl of Baroque’ in Krzeszów, the parties emphasized their willingness to care for and protect the Krzeszów Abbey and built heritage of the Lower Silesia. The participants highlighted significant cultural values ​​and traditions, and in this context noticed a field for mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences. The contract provisions will effect in the form of cyclical painting and drawing open-air workshops and educational and conservation visits for students of the University, conducting selected semester or scientific works based on issues related to the buildings and areas of the Abbey. Jointly organized exhibitions and workshops are upcoming.
