Below we send you the relevant and necessary information to complete the formalities of studying at the Faculty of Architecture at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

We would like to kindly inform you that as part of your studies, you will be assigned a student ID number (for graduates of WUST, the number remains the same), which will be your main identification number during your studies. 

You can find it in the IRK system in the Personal forms in the Education tab https://irk.usos.pwr.edu.pl/pl/profile/dataset/education/    in the field Student number. 

The number is in the form of six digits.  

If you already know (acknowledged) your student ID number, below are next steps: 

1. Activate your student email box. 

The email address is in the form: numer_albumu@student.pwr.edu.pl.

2. Activating an individual AD account 

To log in to the information systems it is necessary to know your unique login to the information systems and set an individual password for access. 

Having an active student mailbox, you can proceed to activate your individual account. Instructions on how to do this can be found at https://pomoc.pwr.edu.pl/support/uslugi/utworzeniereset-hasla-do-konta-ad.  

In case of problems, send a request to pomoc+ad@pwr.edu.pl.  

3. Login to USOS 

Having a login and password set in the previous step allows you to log into the USOS system at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl

The academic year begins on October 1, 2026.

Classes begin on October 2, 2026.

Online vow - deadline for  vow acceptance until   October 1, 2026 to October 7, 2026.

The oath, declaration and  online student fee list are available on the USOS portal. To sing the oath, declaration and fee list the Student logs into the portal: https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl/ . After logging in, the content of the vow appears on the screen. The vow must be read and accepted by pressing the " Accept" key.

By taking up studies at WUST and not simultaneously studying degree at the University, each first-year Student receives an ELS (Electronic Student Card). The fee for the student ID card is 22 PLN (the fee should be paid to the Student's individual account visible after logging in USOS.

ONLY after the payment is credited is the student ID card ordered.

Collection of the ELS cards will be possible after October 7, 2026.

Registration for departmental and university-wide courses:

Registration for courses is mandatory and takes place electronically through the web.usos.pwr.edu.pl

All Students starting their studies at the Wroclaw University of Technology must complete the mandatory Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) training, which takes place in e-learning form after logging in at:

https://ohs-training.pwr.edu.pl (for English-speaking students).

OHS training dates: October 21, 2026 – December 15, 2026.
Retain the certificate after completing the training.

In case of failure to complete the H&S training within the aforementioned period, the Student will not be entitled to enroll in the 2nd semester of the second degree program.
